WOMSAUCE Chimichurri

What you need:

    • 1/2 a bunch of Cilantro
    • 3 Cloves of minced fresh garlic
    • 1/4 of a lime juiced
    • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
    • 2-4 tbsp of water
    • 1/3 cup First Cold Press, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
    • 3-6 tbsp any WOMSAUCE 
    • Salt and Pepper


Finely chop cilantro and add to a medium bowl with minced fresh garlic.  Add olive oil, water, vinegar and WOMSAUCE.  Squeeze the lime into the bowl.  Add 3-6 tbsp of WOMSAUCE.  Mix generously.  Taste.  If needed salt and pepper to taste.  Let sit for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.  Excellent for skirt steak.
