WOMSAUCE Cauliflower

A nice substitute for chicken wings for those trying to stick to those New Year's resolutions!

In a deep fryer or pot of oil preheat oil to 350 degrees.  I used olive oil, but peanut or other frying oil will work well.  Cut cauliflower in manageable pieces no more than 1.5-2 inches in diameter.  Fry the cauliflower for 5 minutes or until golden brown.  In a large bowl add 6-8 tbsp of WOMSAUCE and mix.  Serve it with your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing or just eat it by itself.  

Healthier alternative:

Spray cauliflower with olive oil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, turning cauliflower every 7 minutes. Take it out and re-coat lightly and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
